Its 'Go Heavy, Or Go Home' This Time

Feeling so incomplete without Yap's presence on a Saturday morning. We used to go to training together but now its only me and Terry. Hope Yap can join us one day, work hard.

The weather had been really good for the past 2 days, bright and sunny. I'm getting tanner and tanner, even china people talk to me in english =S

I swear I dislike mid night movie, I never fails to fall alseep. Quickly took a cab home after the movie and I only reached home at 6am

Woke up at around 2pm, ate my lunch, met Yap and Daniel to the gym.
